As a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, I will identify any physical restrictions that are limiting your performance. Using HD video and software, I will analyze your swing to determine if you present any of the 12 swing characteristics. A physical assessment will be performed to determine how your body mechanics are functioning and how your swing is being affected. A customized exercise program specifically tailored to correct your limitations, will be designed for you to follow.
As a fitness professional I do not focus on the style of your swing, whether it is right or wrong, etc. I "only" analyze your swing and your body movement and correct your physical restrictions. Your golf instructor (if you have one) will then be able to help you improve your golf skills.
