Introductory Session

    When you meet for the first time you will be asked to complete the following
    documents:
  • Intake Questionnaire
  • Health History Questionnaire
  • Informed Consent Form
  • Policies & Procedures
  • Food Preference Questionnaire

    I will provide you with a Client Dietary Worksheet to record your meals for the first
    week to give me an idea of how your nutrition is affecting your efforts to lose body
    fat and gain lean muscle.

    The first session is FREE  (additional free sessions awarded with the purchase of
    multiple sessions).  I will discuss and demonstrate proper body mechanics and
    proper form when performing exercises.  We will talk about  your fitness goals and
    the nutrition program (not a diet) I "ask" all my clients follow.  A standard fitness
    assessment will be performed to obtain beginning statistics.  I will then lead you
    through a light workout demonstrating the difference between getting poor results
    with poor body mechanics versus proper form and the mind-muscle connection.  A
    strong core is the main foundation that you build your physique upon.  If it is weak
    and you try to lift heavy loads, you run the risk of injury.  A strong core will also help
    you with the basic performance of activities of daily living (ADL).  Stability and
    core training is an integral part of my program.

    At the end of the session I hope you will realize the  benefits of participating in a
    fitness program with me and that exercise can be fun and rewarding.  If you make
    the decision to begin your training with me a training schedule will be determined.
