Zumba class at the House of Dance

Dancing is a very good rehabilitative
activity for low back problems. It
strengthens you core muscles which
in turn, makes your back stronger.
Zumba uses basic dance steps
combined with easy low level fitness
moves. No matter what your age or
physical limitations are, you do what
your body allows you to do slowly
improving over time. I live with pain
every day, but Zumba and Ballroom
dancing have helped me tremendously
to carry out my daily activities!
